Sweet Mild O'mine - Leicester CAMRA Mild Trail

Thursday 20 April 2017

Leicester CAMRA is supporting ‘Mild in May’ by running a Mild Trail across Leicester and Leicestershire from 29th April to 3rd June. There will be an opportunity to enjoy both the Mild and perhaps visit some pubs new to you.

The Mild Trail involves collecting stickers by visiting as many of the listed pubs as you can and ordering a pint (or half) of cask mild, then obtaining a trail sticker for your chart. The April/May edition of the Leicester Drinker features a centrespread of participating venues on a chart, or the same can be downloaded from the Leicester Branch web page Leicester CAMRA Mild Trail.

Everyone collecting 12 or more different pub stickers will have the chance to receive a unique limited edition ”Sweet Child of Mine” Leicester Mild Trail 2017 T-Shirt.

The organised crawls are:

  • Saturday 29th April Coach trip to launch Mild in May, visiting Cow & Plough Stoughton, Beerhouse Market Harborough (also incorporating Pub of The Year presentation), Chandlers Arms Shearsby, Plough Bruntingthorpe, Queens Arms Leire and General Elliott Willoughby Waterleys.
