Update 21/04/2016 : Louise reports that all the legal documents are now finalised and the handover stocktake is underway.
Tracy and Phil have sold the Elliswood Brewery to Darren & Louise Lavender, owners of the Greyhound Inn, Hinckley. Initially Tracy will give assistance to Darren who will eventually become the brewer. It is intended to re-locate the brewery to the rear of the Greyhound Inn. The brewery name and current range of beers will be retained, although new brews are bound to appear in due course.
